About this course

This diploma teaches the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to work as a pastry and baked-goods professional, covering both the scientific and artistic sides of baking alongside contemporary food-production challenges. It trains students to become pastry and bakery chefs and emphasises creativity within the food industry. Graduates can progress into the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Hospitality Management.
